Jacki at the desk really went all out to find us the right room, and we loved the delicious breakfast each morning. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our only quibble was the outdated carpet, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 😊

The friendly front desk staff made check-in smooth, and the available tennis gear was a nice surprise. Breakfast was varied and delicious, featuring great options like fresh fruits and hot items. However, the room had a musty smell, and despite reporting a remote issue for the TVs, the response from the front desk was lacking. The experience felt uneven due to these inconsistencies.
